At GURILLA ARTS, every artwork is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
We'll work with our fulfilment partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Lost Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfilment partner to help resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because each item is made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started.
