We ship worldwide through our trusted production and fulfilment partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 3–8 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary during busy periods or because of customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (where available) by email.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
